| About Us |

Tandavam Events Inc is a mom-daughter initiative to elevate dance and especially classical dances to where it belongs. The idea is to organize dance events that have a purpose and that among other things, brings a togetherness in the DMV area.

There are plenty of Indian dance events and organizations within the DMV (DC, Maryland, and Virginia) and each does their part in promoting the cultural aspect and it is gratifying to be part of such elevated company. However, Tandavam Events wants to raise that bar, and challenge ourselves and our patrons to push Indian Classical Dance boundaries to an experience that satisfies, as much as it educates and unifies us under one umbrella, and that is Dance.
